Epos Film S.r.l. is an independent film and audiovisual production company, founded in October 2023 by Andrea Belcastro (director and screenwriter) and Francesco Aiello (actor and author), with the involvement of 3D Research S.r.l., a spin-off of the University of Calabria, which has long been committed to promoting and enhancing Cultural Heritage both nationally and internationally.
Epos Film aims to discover and bring to light new voices in Italian auteur cinema, with a special focus on Southern Italian cinematography.
We offer a wide range of services, spanning from the writing, development, and production of original content — including short films, debut and second feature films, TV series, and documentaries — to the creation of commercials and corporate videos.
We also provide executive production services for Italian and international production companies that choose Calabria as their filming location, ensuring logistical, organizational, and creative support throughout every stage of the project.
